CLAIMING HOLIDAY PAY
Search for your candidate using their name.
Click on their name or ID to access their record.
Search for your client record using their name.
Click on their name or ID to enter their record.
Select “Holiday tab”
Once in the candidate record, click on their Holiday tab.
CLAIM HOLIDAY PAY
Once you are in the candidate’s holiday tab, you can view their holiday history, funds accrued and what they have available.
To claim the holiday, click the Claim button as shown.
Make Holiday Pay Claim
You’ll then be taken to a new page showing you how much holiday pay is available, type in the amount you wish to claim (cannot be higher than the value available) and click Save at the top.
The holiday timesheet will be created and ready for payroll.
