RESET CLIENT PASSWORD
1. From your home dashboard, click
Search for your client record using their name.
Click on their name or ID to enter their record.
Find Contact Password
Once in the client record, go to the Contacts tab to find the contact for whom you need to reset the password.
Select Client Contact
Click on either the ID number or Name to access the Client Contact record.
At the top of their record, there are a number of action buttons, please click Reset Password and await the confirmation message.
Note: If the reset password button isn’t present – check there is an email address in their record!
